Accessible Seating Tickets

Accessible seating is available on all levels of the arena and may be purchased through Ticketmaster.com or AXS.com. Adjacent companion seating may be purchased based on availability.

At Ticketmaster.com, select your event and click on the “Request Accessible Seating” icon. On AXS.com, click the "Accessible Seating" box to view seating.

Accessible Parking/Drop-Off

All parking, including accessible parking, is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Purchasing a pre-paid parking pass is suggested through Ticketmaster.com or AXS.com. Please view our Upcoming Events page to purchase tickets and reserve parking.

A drop-off and pick-up location for guests is located at Westgate Entertainment District.

Accessible Seating

American Sign Language Interpreting Services

Sign language interpreting services are available with a 72 hour prior to the event request made to Desert Diamond Arena Guest Services at 623-772-3240 or guestservices@desertdiamondarena.com.

Assistive Listening Devices

Assistive listening devices are available to check out at the Guest Services Booth located near Section 115. These devices will amplify the public address system. AM/FM radios with bone conduction headphones are available to check out at the Guest Services Booth.

Concession Stands

Concession stands are accessible to guests with disabilities. If assistance is required at any food service areas, please contact the nearest usher.

Elevators and escalators

ELEVATORS AND ESCALATORS

Elevators can be found near:

  • Main Concourse: Sections 108, 115, 119, and 104
  • 1100 Suites: Near Suites 1101A, 1117, 1129, and 1147B
  • 1200 Suites: Near Suites 1201A, 1217, 1232, and 1248B
  • Upper Concourse: Sections 211, 220, 226, and 205

Escalators can be found at the main entrance near Sections 116 and 118. Wheeled devices, including baby strollers and wheelchairs are prohibited on the escalators.

Emergencies

In the event of an emergency, please follow the directions of arena staff who have been properly trained in emergency preparedness.

Guest Services Booths

The Guest Services Booth is located on the main concourse near Section 115. Please  visit the booth for assistance in:

  • Storing strollers and other mobility devices
  • Escorting guests with disabilities to their seats
  • Checking out assistive listening devices and FM receivers
  • Lost and found items
  • Checking out sensory bags 

Restrooms/Universal Changing Tables

All restrooms are accessible and located at each corner of each level of the arena. Family restrooms are also available at Sections 109, 120, 212 and 227.

A universal changing table is available in the family restroom at Section 109 to accommodate guests where a baby changing table is not suitable.

Service Dogs

Service dogs and service dogs in-training are welcome at Desert Diamond Arena. It is suggested to purchase tickets in a wheelchair accessible seating area to prevent blocking aisle ways.

Sensory Bags

Sensory bags containing special KCVIP badges, fidget toys, noise canceling headphones and other resources, are available for checkout (at no cost by leaving an ID) at our Guest Services Booth located at Section 115. 

Sensory Needs

Desert Diamond Arena is Sensory Inclusive Certified through KultureCity, providing an all-inclusive experience for all guests, including those with sensory needs. Sensory Bags containing fidget toys, noise canceling headphones and other resources are available to check out at the Guest Services Booth near Section 115. 

Desert Diamond Arena also has a Sensory Room for guests to relax in located at Section 106. The room contains bean bag chairs, a calming bubble wall, sensory tools and more.

Sensory Room

The Ella Dean Sensory Room is located at Section 106 and is open for guests at any event. The room contains bean bag chairs, calming lighting, fidget tools, a bubble wall and more. Guests are welcome to relax here if they are experiencing sensory overload. 

Wheelchair Escorts

Desert Diamond Arena Guest Services provides complimentary wheelchair escorts for guests when requested. Wheelchair escorts may be requested at any point of entry by asking one of our Guest Services Representatives or Security Staff. Please be aware that our team members will not remain with you during the event, nor will you be permitted to remain in an arena wheelchair for the duration of the event. Upon request, our Guest Services Representative will also provide you with an escort to the gate after the event is over.

Wheelchair Storage

Wheelchairs and other mobility devices may be stored at the Guest Services Booths at Section 115 and 226. If you choose to keep the device near you, it cannot block the accessible path of any other guests or be left on the concourse.
