Desert Diamond Arena is pleased to welcome guests of all ages and from all walks of life!
Please note that all guests age 2 and over will require a ticket for entry and, while at the venue, only guests who are 21 years of age or older with a valid government-issued ID are permitted to purchase and consume alcoholic beverages during an event.
In the rare instance that an artist or tour has additional age restrictions, those policy details will be available at the time of purchase and on the main event page.
While outside alcohol cannot be brought into Desert Diamond Arena, guests who are age 21 or over can purchase and enjoy an array of beer, wine, and spirits from a variety of concession stands throughout the venue.
Desert Diamond Arena promotes the responsible use of alcohol through the following policies:
All guests will be required to provide proof of age with one of the following forms of identification:
- Valid US Driverʼs License
- Valid US State-Issued ID
- Valid US Passport or Passport Card
- US Military ID
- Valid Foreign Passport
- Foreign Driverʼs License
- Alcohol cannot be removed from Desert Diamond Arena at any time.
- Guests may purchase and possess a maximum of two (2) alcoholic beverages at a time, though some events may allow for just one (1) beverage purchase per ID.
- Desert Diamond Arena reserves the right to deny entry or evict any guests who appear to be intoxicated, who are providing alcohol to an underage person, or who are observed drinking alcohol while under the age of 21.
American Sign Language interpreting services are available by request. To request these services, please complete our Desert Diamond Arena Guest Services Request Form no less than 14 days prior to the event for which you will need interpreting services.
Desert Diamond Arena welcomes service animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Under the ADA, a service animal has been individually trained to do work or perform tasks directly related to a person's disability. Service animals in training are
also permitted in accordance with Arizona state law.
While guests with service animals are welcome throughout Desert Diamond Arena, we suggest purchasing tickets in a wheelchair-accessible seating area to ensure you and your service animal have the most comfortable and enjoyable experience possible.
Because pets, emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy animals are not classified as service animals under the ADA, they are not permitted inside Desert Diamond Arena. Please note that this policy applies regardless of any documentation, certifications, or
vests the animal may have.
Assistive listening devices are available to check out at the Guest Services Booth located near Section 115. These devices will amplify the public address system. AM/FM radios with bone conduction headphones are available to check out as well.

For the safety and convenience of all guests, all bags entering Desert Diamond Arena must measure 12” x 12” x 6” or smaller. Please note that these dimensions apply regardless of bag

The Desert Diamond Arena Box Office is located on the northeast corner of the venue between Gate 4 and Gate 5. Note that Gate 4 is considered the main entry gate for the venue.
On event days, the Box Office opens three (3) hours prior to showtime and will typically remain open until the main act takes the stage, though this is subject to change. For Arizona Rattlers games, the Box Office will remain open through the end of the third (3rd) quarter.
Acceptable forms of payment at the Box Office include all major credit and debit cards plus digital wallets, e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.
The Box Office is closed on non-event days; however, anyone looking to make a ticket purchase can do so online via ticketmaster.com or AXS.com.

Still and Point & Shoot cameras (film and digital) that fit in guestsʼ pockets are generally permitted at Desert Diamond Arena. The use of those cameras, however, is regulated by the promoter of each event and is subject to change until the start of the show.
Please be advised that action cameras, tripods, monopods, selfie sticks, drones, and cameras that are considered professional in nature or have a detachable lens are never permitted at Desert Diamond Arena.
As you plan your arrival to Desert Diamond Arena, please note the venue is a cashless one. While cash is no longer accepted anywhere within Desert Diamond Arena, all major credit and debit cards can be used for purchases. Additionally, all points of sale are designed to accept contactless payments, e.g., Apple Wallet, Google Wallet, etc.

Guests with specific dietary requirements including gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, and keto diets will be pleased to find a variety of food & beverage options available throughout Desert Diamond Arena.
Tickets for all Desert Diamond Arena events are issued digitally and can be accessed and managed through the Ticketmaster and/or AXS mobile apps.
To speed up entry, we strongly encourage you to add your ticket(s) to your phoneʼs digital wallet prior to arrival. This ensures your access to your tickets with or without internet connectivity. Instructions on locating your digital tickets and adding them to your digital wallet

Box Office PageAll Desert Diamond Arena parking lots open one hour before venue doors are scheduled to open. Both day-of and prepaid parking are available in select locations with availability varying by event.
Guests needing ADA-accessible and/or van-accessible spaces may reserve a parking spot in the lot in advance through our Parking & Directions page; however, advance reservations do not guarantee or assign an ADA or van-accessible space. ADA and van-accessible spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis and require a valid state-issued disability parking placard or disability license plate to be displayed at the time of arrival.
Guests may also be dropped off and picked up throughout the Westgate Entertainment District.

Parking & Directions PageTo ensure the comfort and safety of all guests and to comply with all state laws related to decency and exposure, Desert Diamond Arena guests are required to wear, at a minimum, a shirt, pants/shorts/skirts, and shoes at all times for their own safety. Dresses may be worn in
lieu of a shirt plus pants/shorts/skirts.
While allowed at Desert Diamond Arena, guests arriving wearing masks will be required to remove them while going through security screening.
Desert Diamond Arena management reserves the right to deny entry to guests wearing clothing items displaying text and/or images deemed offensive to others.
As all Desert Diamond Arena shows are considered a ticketed entertainment event, in accordance with Arizona Senate Bill 1160, it is unlawful for a person to operate a civil unmanned aircraft if the operation is within five thousand two hundred eighty feet of or within
five thousand two hundred eighty feet above a ticketed entertainment event unless the
person:
- Obtains written consent from another person with legal authority over the ticketed entertainment event.
- Is an employee of the property where the ticketed entertainment event is held and is conducting official business.
- Is an employee of a water, sewer, electric, telecommunications, cable or other public or regulated utility and is conducting official business.
- Is operating the person's own civil unmanned aircraft above the person's own private property and the operation is consistent with federal law and is not used for any of the following:
- Commercial purposes.
- To convey or communicate a message or to record for the purposes of commercial
- Broadcasting or publication.
- To monitor or otherwise interfere in any way with a ticketed entertainment event.

For the safety of all guests, vendors, and employees, anyone entering Desert Diamond Arena will be subject to a security screening and bag inspection by venue security personnel. Security screening can vary by entrance and may include an electronic screening, a metal
detector screening, and/or a handheld wand screening.
Guests with implanted medical devices or other safety concerns can request an alternative screening with Desert Diamond Arena security staff who will be happy to assist.

Changing Tables:
All Desert Diamond Arena restrooms are equipped with changing tables for children. In addition, a Universal Changing Table is available in the family restroom near Section 109 on Level 1 near Gate 1.
Child Admission & Tickets:
As a general rule, children under the age of 2 who will be seated on a lap do not require a ticket to Desert Diamond Arena events. Because some shows, particularly those intended for children, may have a different ticketing policy, we recommend all patrons review the specific
event page for age requirements or contact Guest Services for further information.
Diaper & Parenting Bags:
Parenting bags are permitted for entry at all gates provided they are accompanied by a child. Within the parenting bags, all sippy cups, baby formula, and factory-sealed water bottles up to 17 ounces and non-frozen are permitted. Additionally, Desert Diamond Arena is pleased to further support families in attendance by offering diapers sized 0 to 5 as well as baby wipes to accommodate anyone needing additional supplies.
Family Bathrooms:
Family bathrooms are located in both the northeast and southwest corners of the arena with a Universal Changing Table available in the family restroom located near Section 109 on Level 1 near Gate 1. Any member of the Desert Diamond Arena Guest Services team can assist guests in locating these bathrooms.
Lost Parents/Found Children:
Children who are separated from their party will be escorted by a Desert Diamond Arena staff member to the nearest Guest Services Booth. These booths are located at Sections 115 and 226. Upon arriving to an event, all guardians are encouraged to visit the Guest Services Booth at Section 115 to collect a Child Locator Wristband for their child.
Nursing Mothersʼ Rooms:
Desert Diamond Arena is proud to offer two Nursing Mothers' Rooms, one at Section 104 and one at Section 226.
Stroller Check:
For the safety of all guests, strollers are permitted only during venue entry. After entering Desert Diamond Arena, all strollers must be checked at the Guest Services Booth located at Section 115 and can be retrieved with your claim check upon departure.
Guests who purchase tickets to Desert Diamond Arena directly through Ticketmaster and/or AXS will be invited to complete a post-event survey. It is our hope that you will share your candid feedback, as it is exceptionally valuable in our ability to continue offering the best
event experience possible.
If you prefer not to participate in the post-event survey, please do not hesitate to share any comments with our Guest Services team on the day of the event so we can still incorporate your thoughts.
First Aid facilities are located on Level 1 across from Section 106 and on Level 5 across from Section 220. Paramedics are also available throughout the arena and will respond immediately when assistance is needed. Please ask the nearest Desert Diamond Arena team member for help should you require assistance.
Desert Diamond Arena is proud to offer guests a variety of food and beverage options to enhance your experience at our venue.
Additionally, all guests are permitted to bring one (1) factory-sealed bottle of water up to 17 ounces in size and not frozen. We appreciate your understanding that no other outside food and beverage items are permitted.

Desert Diamond Arena offers several ways for guests to enter, which are as follows:
Credit Union West Vault Gate (Gate 1): Available for use by guests seated in the Credit Union West Vault or a Desert Diamond Arena Luxury Suite. Additionally, all Credit Union West debit and credit card holders may enter through this gate with proof of membership.
Gate 4: The primary entrance into Desert Diamond Arena, which is available to all ticketed guests
Gate 5: The View, Suite Guests
For select shows, additional entrances may be utilized. Details and entry directions will be communicated with ticket purchasers in advance of those events.
General Admission and Pit entry procedures vary by event and may include designated entrances, specified line locations and/or wristband distribution. Guests with General Admission/Pit tickets should review the event-specific information shared by Desert Diamond
Arena before arriving.
Details regarding entry locations, permitted lineup times, wristband procedures, and other event-specific instructions will be communicated through Desert Diamond Arenaʼs official website and social media channels when available.
Guests are discouraged from arriving or forming lines before the designated time. Guests who arrive early are responsible for their personal safety and belongings.
Please note that overnight camping is not permitted on Desert Diamond Arena property or in parking lots.
Guest Services Booths are located at Sections 115 and 226 and are staffed with Guest Services Representatives who can assist you with any questions or concerns and also provide assistance to guests needing accessibility accommodations.

During Desert Diamond Arena events, Lost and Found is located at the Guest Services Booth at Section 115 and available until 30 minutes after the event concludes.
Lost and Found items can be claimed up to 14 days after an event has concluded by visiting Desert Diamond Arena Security at Gate 3 between the hours of 8:00AM and 5:00PM Monday through Friday and completing a Lost and Found Form. To check the status of your Lost and Found inquiry, please call (623) 772-3475.
Items not claimed within 14 days of an event may be donated to charity.

Guests with medical requirements can rest assured that all prescribed medications and devices, regardless of size, are permitted at Desert Diamond Arena events provided they are in their original container and are being carried by the patient named on the prescription.
Bags that are medical in nature are permitted regardless of size and may be subject to additional screening. Additionally, guests with implanted medical devices or other safety concerns can request an alternative screening with Desert Diamond Arena security staff who
will be happy to assist.
Because all merchandise sales are operated by the individual event tour operators, on-sale timing, item availability, and pricing vary from show-to-show with these details typically confirmed at or just before the time that Desert Diamond Arena doors open for an event.
All guests wishing to make a merchandise purchase are encouraged to enter Desert Diamond Arena via Gate 4 and proceed to the nearest location, which will be just a short walk away.
Guests are also encouraged to check both Desert Diamond Arenaʼs and the showʼs official Social Media pages for real-time updates related to merchandise, including any locations available to fans prior to entry.

All major credit and debit cards will be accepted at chargeFUZE locations.
All of the following items and/or guest behaviors, without exception, are prohibited on Desert Diamond Arena property:
- Any item deemed potentially harmful including weapons of any kind, items that can be used as a weapon, including but not limited to guns, knives, pepper spray, chains, spikes, metal, nails, etc., and any object that can be used to inflict bodily injury or disrupt the event
- Poster tubes, regardless of material
- Signs, flags, banners or posters larger than 24” x 36”; note that banners and posters smaller than 24” x 36” may not be attached to a pole or stick
- Other than one (1) factory-sealed bottle of water per guest (up to 17 ounces and nonfrozen), outside food, beverage, alcohol, cans, bottles, flasks, liquid containers including reusable water bottles, coolers
- Laptops, two-way radios, personal tablets, e.g., iPads, TouchPads, etc.
- Laser pointers, noise-making devices, flashlights, handcuffs, fireworks.
- Professional photography equipment (detachable/interchangeable lenses), audio/video recording devices, tripods, monopods, selfie sticks
- Pamphlets, product samples, promotional items, stickers, markers
- Balloons, beach balls, and other inflatable items
- Loitering, trespassing, soliciting/peddling of merchandise, apparel or tickets
- Drugs or illegal substances
- Any other items deemed to be unsafe by Desert Diamond Arena management

Desert Diamond Arena has a No Re-Entry policy during all events. Guests with an emergency requiring exit and re-entry can visit Guest Services for immediate assistance.
While most shows have a strict “All Sales are Final” policy, refund requests with extenuating circumstances should be directed to the original point of purchase. Please understand that no refunds can or will be issued after an event has concluded.
Guests utilizing a rideshare service to arrive are encouraged to use “Desert Diamond Arena” as the destination and plan to be dropped off near the AMC Westgate Movie Theater, which is just a short walk from Gate 4.
Rideshare pick-up after the event will be at or very near the drop-off location.

Desert Diamond Arena is extremely proud to be Sensory Inclusive Certified through KultureCity, providing an all-inclusive experience for all guests, including those with sensory needs. Sensory bags containing KCVIP badges, fidget tools, noise canceling headphones and
other resources, are available for checkout (at no cost by leaving an ID) at our Guest Services Booth located at Section 115.
Desert Diamond Arena also has a Sensory Room for guests to relax in located at Section 106. The room contains bean bag chairs, a calming bubble wall, sensory tools, and more.
Cardboard poster tubes, signs, flags, banners or posters larger than 24’’ x 36’’ (may not be attached to a pole/stick) are prohibited within the venue. Some tours have different policies. We recommend not bringing any posters.
While smoking is never permitted inside the venue, Desert Diamond Arena is pleased to offer an outdoor smoking section exclusively for our Bassline Bar guests.
The Bassline Bar Outdoor Smoking Area is the only space where fans can smoke outdoors and is available exclusively for guests who have purchased the Bassline Bar experience.

Ticket Transfers:
Both Ticketmaster and AXS offer simple and convenient ways to transfer tickets within your party so everyone can arrive as they wish and with their very own ticket.
Simply sign into your Ticketmaster or AXS account on the respective mobile application and follow these three easy steps:
- Select “My Events” and tap the upcoming event
- Tap “Transfer” and select the ticket(s) you wish to transfer
- Enter the recipientʼs information and send
The recipient will receive an email and instructions on how to accept the ticket transfer. You will also receive an email confirming the transfer.
Please note that some artists and tours have transfer restrictions in place that may include non-transferable rules, limited transfer windows, and/or delayed delivery. For transfer restricted events, the “Transfer” button will likely be grayed out or unavailable within the
Ticketmaster and/or AXS platform.

In addition to allowing each guest to bring one factory-sealed, non-frozen bottle of water with them into an event, guests can refill those bottles at any of Desert Diamond Arenaʼs Water Refill Stations, which are available at all Main Concourse and Premium Level drinking
fountains.
Desert Diamond Arena Guest Services offers complimentary wheelchair escorts upon request. Please note that our team members will not be able to stay with you during the event and arena wheelchairs cannot be used for the entire duration. After the event, a Guest Services
Representative can assist you with exiting Desert Diamond Arena.
Wheelchairs and other mobility devices not in use during the event must be stored at a Guest Services Booth, which are located at Sections 115 and 226. Storage placement and arrangements are at the direction of Guest Services staff.
For your safety and that of others, no mobility devices may be left unattended, parked in aisles, stairwells, concourse pathways, or any location that obstructs egress or accessible routes.
Guests who wish to retain their device during the event must remain seated in an ADA-accessible seating area and follow staff direction to ensure all pathways remain clear and unobstructed at all times.
Will Call tickets are available for pick up at the Desert Diamond Arena Box Office on the day of the event and beginning three (3) hours prior to the start of the event. Tickets will be issued only to the primary Account Holder associated with the tickets and a current and valid
government issued ID will be required.
The Box Office is located on the northeast corner of the venue between Gate 4 (the main gate) and Gate 5.
