ADA / Accessibility FAQ
Desert Diamond Arena offers parking, including ADA-accessible and van-accessible spaces, on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests may reserve a parking spot in the lot in advance through our Events & Tickets page; however, advance reservations do not guarantee or assign an ADA or van-accessible space. ADA and van-accessible spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis and require a valid state-issued disability parking placard or disability license plate to be displayed at the time of arrival.
Guests may be dropped off and picked up throughout the Westgate Entertainment District.

Desert Diamond Arena welcomes service animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Under the ADA, a service animal has been individually trained to do work or perform tasks directly related to a person's disability. Service animals in training are also permitted in accordance with Arizona state law.
Guests with service animals are welcome throughout the arena. We suggest purchasing tickets in a wheelchair-accessible seating area to help prevent blocking aisle ways and to ensure the most comfortable experience for you and your service animal.
Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy animals are not classified as service animals under the ADA and are not permitted inside Desert Diamond Arena. This policy applies regardless of any documentation, certifications, or vests the animal may have.
If you have questions about your service animal or need assistance, please contact our Guest Services team prior to your visit.
