Parking passes are paperless to allow touchless scanning from mobile devices at entry points. Parking can be purchased online prior to event day at AXS.com. Upon entry to the parking lot, present your mobile parking pass to the parking attendant for scanning.

To access your tickets, download the Ticketmaster app and log into your account. Save your tickets to your mobile wallet for easy access. Upon arrival, present the barcode on your mobile tickets for entry. Click here for more detailed information on mobile ticketing.

Desert Diamond Arena is a cashless transaction arena ensuring contactless options for food, beverage and merchandise purchases. Cash is not accepted and ATMs are not available on site. Card transactions only.

To limit touchpoints, Desert Diamond Arena is a non-smoking facility. There will not be any indoor or outdoor smoking areas available for fan use during the event. Fans who exit the venue to smoke will not be permitted reentry into the venue. Cigarettes, vapes, e-cigarettes, lighters, etc are strictly prohibited.
